LabIR® NDT is software that uses advanced infrared functions to inspect materials and search for defects. It is used mainly for applications of active thermography and thermographic (infrared) non-destructive testing (IRNDT). It contains all the basic functions of the LabIR software and also allows the use of some special algorithms to process the thermographic signal, such as Time Derivation of The Signal, Pulse-Phase, quantitative evaluation of results using Contrast to Noise Ratio and more.

Advanced functions of the LabIR® NDT module

LabIR® NDT an effective tool for defectoscopy

LabIR® NDT software is a special tool for thermographic defectoscopy. It offers evaluation by modern IRNDT methods (Pulse-Phase, DTSR, TDS). IRNDT software evaluates defects of various materials and products such as: carbon fiber composites, glass samples, plastic welds, steel components, solar panels, thin films and thin walls, food products. It allows inspection of inaccessible places (e.g. piping thickness reduction or material under a painting.
